The building has six (6) rooms. There is a sitting room as well as another room in the entrance, opening to a small garden. First storey has three (3) rooms, which are in the original condition today. Of these rooms, one was used to be occupied by one of the servants of Dilhayat Kalfa and other two (2) rooms were intended for use by guests. Dilhayat Kalfa’s suit room is in second floor where there is also a second room used by Dilhayat Kalfa’s black handmaiden “Teravet”. All rooms of Dilhayat Kalfa’s house, today in the form of a hotel, are with air-condition and bathroom and have mini bar, kettle, hairdryer, a TV line for both national and foreign channels, as well as internet connection available at all times. Terrace floor of the hotel has a breakfast hall and kitchen as well as an open navigation and lounge space. All you can eat breakfast is available. Every room is equipped with a dedicated system for enabling the guests to control the air-conditioner, and has hot/cold water 24 hours a day. In winter, the building is centrally heated using a central heating system in addition to the air-conditioner. Entrance hall and stair spaces, including the interior of rooms, is adorned by various paintings of both Turkish and foreign painters.
