The retreat center for wellness consists of 7 cottages, wooden , mostly in double bed, with private bath room and shower. Decorated with beautiful asian fabrics, all cottages are equipped with mosquito nets lace . Its mission is to develop the activities Yoga and meditation Theravada, it's Buddhist traditional meditation in Cambodia . Our goal is to know the different techniques of Hatha Yoga , Chi qong , pranayama , and make a fusion of all this. We are fortunate to have a cultural heritage with Angkor wat, Angkor Thom and the temples of different periods , and do yoga exercises and meditations in temples , provide amazing wellness !!
