1911 yılında, ulusal mimarlık akımının öncülerinden Mimar Kemalettin tarafından yüksek gelir ve prestij sağlamak amacıyla 3’üncü Vakıf Han olarak yapımına başlanan bina, 1913’de tamamlanmıştır. Bu süreçten tam yüz yıl sonra, 2011 yılında butik hotel olarak tasarlanan binanın tamamlanması ise ilginç bir tesadüfle 2013 yılında gerçekleşmiştir.
