Tekirdağ’ın incisi Tekirdağ Rodosto Hotel'imizin tarihi; Herşey, muhteşem tarihsel varlığıyla Tekirdağ’a gülümseyen, 1881 yılında inşa edilmiş olan Osmanlı döneminde Misafirhane ve Karakol olarak kullanılan bu tarihi binayı büyüleyici bir otele dönüştürme rüyasıyla başladı. BUTİK OTEL

Just like Maison d’Azur, it was built by Greek workers who were brought to the village for the works of Hacı Memiş Ağa in the late 19th century. During its construction, indigenous light colored, soft stones brought from Mount Balanbaka and special mortars were used instead of cement. For this reason, it confines the heat in winter and cold in summer. The building, which has a small courtyard, is a two-storey structure with bay windows. The reason that the lower floor walls were designed to be thicker than the upper floors was that the lower floors were used for storage and animal sheltering and the upper floors as living spaces.
